At Sacred Seeds Circle, we believe that healing from Military Sexual Trauma (MST) extends beyond the survivor—it impacts their families, friends, and entire support networks. Too often, the loved ones of MST survivors are forgotten in the conversation, yet they, too, experience the emotional, psychological, and relational repercussions of trauma.
Our mission is to create safe, inclusive spaces for healing, advocacy, and empowerment—not just for MST survivors, but for those who stand beside them. Through education, trauma-informed support, and community-driven initiatives, we help families and friends navigate the ripple effects of MST, break cycles of silence, and build resilience together.
Healing is collective. Change is systemic. No one should carry this burden alone.
At Sacred Seeds Circle, our leadership is deeply rooted in lived experience, academic expertise, and an unwavering commitment to advocacy. Our work is personal, trauma-informed, and driven by the urgent need to support MST survivors and their families—the often-forgotten voices in the healing process.

At Sacred Seeds Circle, we believe that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Our approach is trauma-informed, survivor-centered, and family-inclusive, ensuring that both MST survivors and their loved ones have access to meaningful support.
We integrate multiple healing modalities, blending evidence-based practices with cultural traditions, holistic wellness, and community-based healing. From peer support and trauma-informed coaching to mindfulness, storytelling, and ancestral healing practices, we honor the diverse ways people process trauma and reclaim their power.
Healing is a journey—one that is stronger when we walk it together.
